Denise Richards’s Husband Filed For Divorce

Denise Richards’s husband, Aaron Phypers, has filed for divorce after six years of marriage.

According to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital, Phypers listed their separation date as July 4 and cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. The couple, who married in 2018, do not have children together.

Richards has three daughters: Sami, 20, and Lola, 19, with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, and Eloise, 14, whom she adopted in 2011 after her divorce from Sheen.

Phypers, 52, is requesting spousal support, claiming he’s been without income for the past year after shutting down his business. He says Richards earns over $250,000 a month through her OnlyFans content, reality show, and brand deals.

In the filing, Phypers also detailed the couple’s monthly expenses, estimating they spend around $105,000 — including $20,000 on clothes, $18,000 on rent, $10,000 on groceries, $8,000 on utilities, $15,000 on dining out, and $15,000 on entertainment.

As part of his declaration regarding community property, Phypers asked that he and Richards, 54, equally split ownership of their company, Smoke & Mirrors Entertainment.

The couple previously appeared together on Richards’ reality show Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, where Phypers was shown helping manage her OnlyFans account behind the scene

OnlyFans is a website where people can share photos, videos, and messages with fans who pay to see their content. It is most known for adult content. Creators make money through subscriptions, tips, and special paid posts.
