If your partner leaves a clothespin on your shower head, you had better know what it means

There are plenty of home remedies and life hacks online now. In the past, these were passed down from parents to kids, but now the internet has made knowledge more widespread.

At Newsner, our goal is to provide interesting articles that inform and educate, preferably both. We have covered a wide range of unique topics before, but we have never written about placing a clothespin on your shower head.

When I first discovered this unusual process, I have to admit that I was skeptical. I couldn’t help but wonder, ‘Why would anyone do this?’

Like usual, time has shown to be a good cure for my inexperience and impatience.

There is a valid reason to attach a clothespin to your shower head while showering. If you discover a clothespin there, it is a sign of your partner’s creativity and deserves appreciation.

When we see a clothespin, we usually think of its main purpose, which is hanging clothes to dry. However, these small gadgets can also be used in a different way to give your bathroom a fresh makeover.

Here’s what you need to do, without any delay…

Grab a wooden clothespin and a bottle of essential oil like eucalyptus, lavender, peppermint, etc. Dip the clothespin in the oil and attach it to your shower head or curtain.

Finally, just start your shower like you usually do. The steam that forms will spread the fragrance from the clothespin you’ve soaked, making your shower feel even more luxurious.
